Ferhat is the Founder of  AFE Consultancy & Training together with Nurten Esemen. He is also the CEO of AFE Consultancy & Training company. Ferhat is an economist, a Blue Ocean strategist, a certified anger management specialist level I, a principal consultant, an expert trainer and a book author.  

Being skilled in assessment, project management, and people development. 

Ferhat is known for analyzing situations and designing solutions with a positive impact on the client. 

  NURTEN is the founder of AFE Consultancy & Training together with A. Ferhat Esemen. She is a successful tourism & hotel management expert who has graduated from Muğla University Sıtkı Koçman Tourism & Hotel Management Junior College with honors degree and has a  very successful professional background in hotel F&B operations and silver store administration. She supports AFE in backoffice meticulously. She is also the spouse of A. Ferhat Esemen and a loving mother of two daughters. She is dedicated to training & development.

 Faruk is an experienced sales and marketing executive with a proven track record in international pharmaceutical companies. He has a wide range of expertise, from consumer health to chronic medications, and is skilled in adapting to new conditions and markets.
